Research Scholarships
Postgraduate Scholarship in Work and Health
A full-time postgraduate scholarship is available for studies leading to
a PhD; the project will investigate gender differences in the impact of
precarious employment (flexible work) on health and attitudes to work;
applicants should have a strong honours degree and must be Australian
citizens, Australian permanent residents or New Zealand citizens;
$22,500pa; up to one year.

Postgraduate Scholarship in Intercultural Inquiry in Western Arnhem Land
A full-time postgraduate scholarship funded by a discovery project is
available for studies leading to a PhD; the objective of the research
project is to better understand the contemporary significance of the
historic 1948 Arnhem Land Expedition through investigation of the
repatriation of digital copies of its archival records; applicants
should have an Honours 1 or 2A degree in a related discipline;
applicants must be Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents
or New Zealand citizens; $27,222pa; up to three years.

Australian German Association /Goethe-Institut Fellowship 2010
Postgraduate candidates are invited to submit applications for the 2010
Australia-Germany Fellowship; this award offers young Australians the
opportunity to spend 3 months in Germany, attend an intensive language
course and includes return economy airfares; applicants should have
excellent tertiary qualifications and the prospect of a promising career
in business, law, science, political studies or arts.
