Research Scholarships
Postgraduate Scholarship in Tissue Engineering and Biomaterials
A full-time postgraduate scholarship is available for a suitably
qualified candidate to undertake research studies leading to a PhD; the
broad aim of the project is to develop biomaterials for skeletal tissue
regeneration; applicants should have an honours or masters degree in
material science; international students can apply however this
scholarship does not cover tuition fees payable by international
students; $30,000pa; up to three years.

Overseas Scholarships
Rhodes Scholarship 2011 for Hong Kong
The Rhodes Scholarship Hong Kong is tenable at the University of Oxford.
Applicants should have resided in, and received education in, Hong Kong
for a minimum period of 10 years, or must be permanent residents of
Hong Kong or citizens of the People's Republic of China and enrolled in
full time study at a university in Hong Kong; applicants must also be
aged between 19-25 and have obtained an Honours degree or equivalent;
the scholarship includes fees, a personal allowance, and travel
allowance.
Closing Date: 29 September 2010
Other Scholarships
Australia-Israel Scientific Exchange Foundation Postgraduate Fellowship
Award 2011
The AISEF Postgraduate Fellowship is directed at promoting scientific
exchange and collaboration between Israel and Australia and provides
funding to assist a student enrolled in a postgraduate research degree
at an Australian University to work in a research laboratory in Israel;
$5,000; up to 6 months.
Closing Date: 6 August 2010
