RSARF Rett Syndrome Postgraduate Research Scholarship

The Western Sydney Genetics Program is offering a scholarship for full-time
postgraduate research study into Rett Syndrome leading to a PhD at the
University of Sydney; applicants should have or expect to obtain, a first
class Honours degree in molecular biology or genetics; experience in a range
of molecular techniques is essential, be citizens or permanent residents of
Australia.; $20, 100 pa; 3yrs

Australian Biological Resources Study (ABRS) Postgraduate Research
Scholarships

Available for a full-time research project leading to a PhD in systematics
research on Australian flora and fauna ; applicants must have first or upper
second class honours degree or equivalent in an appropriate discipline, be
citizens or permanent residents of Australia; $23,886 pa and $2,500 pa
research grant; 3yrs

Australian Wool Innovation Limited (AWI) Scholarship and Studentship Program


Open to motivated students who wish to pursue academic studies in wool or
wool science and have an interest in the Australian wool industry,  must be
citizens or permanent residents of Australia; PhD and Masters scholarship -
$28,000pa, 3 yrs for PhD, 1.5 yrs for Masters ; PhD 'top up' scholarship -
for candidates who have received another scholarship -  $10,000 pa;
Studentships - AWI will place students with one of its research partners to
be involved in a relevant AWI funded project; $2,000 on completion of the
placement, 2 to 3 weeks duration.
