[ASA] RFI 2022 deadline extension

Dear all,

The RFI 2022 Workshop Scientific Organizing Committee would like to
announce an extension of the abstract submission deadline to October
21, 2021. The abstract acceptance notification date has also been moved
to November 10 and the author registration deadline to December 10.

The RFI 2022 Workshop is being organized by the radio astronomy and
remote sensing communities in order to provide an opportunity for the
scientific community affected by Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) to
meet, report and discuss recent achievements and developments in
instrumentation, methodology, and applications in tackling this
problem.  The workshop will take place on February 14-18, 2022, at the
European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) in Reading,
United Kingdom. The deadline for abstract submission is on September 30,
2021. The Call for Papers is attached here and more information is

This is a meeting of the URSI, the International Union of Radio Science.
While attendance in person is encouraged, for those who prefer or are
forced to attend online due to Covid-19, the zoom webinar platform along with
Gathertown will be used for an immersive conference experience.

Financial support will be made available to students and early career
researchers who wish to attend in person. More details will be provided
soon.
