Hello ASA 2021 registrants

COVID UPDATE
Recent events are certainly keeping we meeting organisers on our toes!! Unfortunately, many of you are now unsure of your ability to attend the ASM in person at your local hub, as planned. The Hubs LOC will meet late tomorrow afternoon following government health updates in Qld, NSW and WA. Based on the outcomes of those discussions, some of you will receive a survey from your local hub contact early next week to poll people's preferences for going ahead with an in-person versus a fully online meeting. If it's necessary (and possible) to have some kind of scaled-back version of your local hub we'll be working hard to find a flexible, COVIDSafe way to offer that. In the meantime....

REFUNDS

  * If people need to change their registration type from in-person to online due to COVID restrictions a refund will be offered for the cost difference.
  * Please don't email me directly as instructed on the website! Due to the volume of requests, we'll be gathering this information at the hub level.
  * No refunds will be processed until after the event.
  * More instructions will be forthcoming.
