[ASA] All Sky Virtual Observatory User Preferences Survey

Dear Colleagues,

The All-Sky Virtual Observatory <http://www.asvo.org.au/about/>(ASVO) is a
new resource that will provide access to:
• Optical survey data from ANU's SkyMapper Southern Sky Survey
• Theory data from the Theoretical Astrophysical Observatory housed at
Swinburne University of Technology

Currently under development, the first full release of ASVO will occur in
late 2013.

You are invited to have input into ASVO by completing a short survey (
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/asvosurvey) that contains questions designed
to inform aspects of the current development and potential future expansion
of ASVO.

The survey takes ~10-20 minutes to complete, and your time and effort will
help ensure that ASVO is best positioned to meet the needs of the
Australian astronomy community.

We look forward to receiving survey responses by *18th June 2013*.

Please contact me with any questions, and feel free to forward this email
to astronomers/students who may not be on the ASA email list.
