Research Scholarships

 

Australian Postgraduate Research Award (Industry) on Emissions Trading
and The Design and Operation of Australia's Energy Markets

Applications are invited for a scholarship funded by an ARC
Linkage-Projects grant in Emissions Trading and The Design and Operation
of Australia's Energy Markets; the objective of the research project is
to examine the impact of new environmental markets for emissions trading
and renewable energy on Australia's energy markets using the methodology
of experimental economics and complementary analyses; applicants should
have an Honours 1 or 2A degree in economics or finance. Australian
citizens, Australian Permanent Residents and New Zealand citizens, and
International Students are eligible to apply; $27,222 pa; up to three
years.

Postgraduate Medical Research Scholarships - Interdisciplinary Sleep
Health Research

The Centre of Integrated Research and Understanding of Sleep (CIRUS) is
offering a scholarship in Sleep Health Research; the project will
investigate the biology of sleep and maintaining sleep health mandates
an interdisciplinary approach encompassing aspects of respiratory
medicine, neurology, cardiology, endocrinology and metabolism;
applicants must be an Australian citizen, a New Zealand citizen or an
Australian permanent resident; valued at NHMRC Rate.
