OVEASEAS: Anne Wexler Scholarship in Public Policy

 

Research Scholarships

 

The Australian Centre for Field Robotics (ACFR) Rio Tinto Centre for
Mining Automation Scholarship in Field Robotics

The Centre for Mining Automation aims to develop and implement the
vision of a fully autonomous, remotely operated mine; students
interested in PhD research in the area of autonomous systems, including
data fusion, perception, control, learning and systems can apply for
this full time scholarship sponsored by Rio Tinto; applicants should
have a first class Honours degree in mechanical/mechatronics
engineering, mining engineering, electrical engineering,
aeronautical/aerospace engineering, mathematics, physics, computer
science or a related discipline or extensive appropriate professional
experience; applications are open year round for commencement at the
start of semester one or semester two; $27,222pa; up to three years.

Overseas Scholarships

 

Anne Wexler Australian-American Studies Scholarship in Public Policy

The new and prestigious Anne Wexler Scholarship aims to grow
Australian-American educational linkages by building the network of
public policy experts and to encourage ongoing policy exchange between
both countries; open to Australian citizens with strong academic
credentials and leadership potential; to enrol in a U.S institution to
undertake a Master's degree in the United States; up to A$140,000 in
total; up to two years. 

Closing Date: 30 September 2010
