Postgraduate Radiation Therapy Scholarship

A full-time postgraduate scholarship is available for a suitably
qualified candidate to undertake research studies leading to a PhD in
Radiation Therapy, covering the broad areas of clinical, technological
and patient support research related to radiation therapy; applicants
must be Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or New
Zealand citizens; applicants should have, or expect to obtain, an
Honours (at least division 2, level 1) or Masters level degree with
research experience, or other evidence of research ability; $22,000pa;
up to three years.

Postgraduate Scholarship in High Resolution Atom Probe Microscopy 

A full-time postgraduate scholarship is available for an enthusiastic
candidate to undertake research studies leading to a PhD in microscopy
and microanalysis; applicants should have an Honours 1 or 2A or
equivalent degree in science or engineering; international students can
apply but the scholarship does not cover any tuition fees payable;
$26,700pa; up to three years.

The Australian Centre for Field Robotics (ACFR) Rio Tinto Centre for
Mining Automation Scholarship in Field Robotics

The new Centre for Mining Automation aims to develop and implement the
vision of a fully autonomous, remotely operated mine; students
interested in PhD research in the area of autonomous systems, including
data fusion, perception, control, learning and systems can apply for
this full time scholarship sponsored by Rio Tinto; applicants should
have a first class Honours degree in mechanical/mechatronics
engineering, mining engineering, electrical engineering,
aeronautical/aerospace engineering, mathematics, physics, computer
science or a related discipline or extensive appropriate professional
experience; $26,407pa; up to three years.
