REMINDER: Endeavour Awards

The Australian Government provides opportunities for high achieving
Australian students to undertake study in a broad range of disciplines
in participating countries in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East. The
award provides financial support for postgraduate students to undertake
short-term research (4-6 months), in any field of study, in
participating countries. Please visit the Department of Education,
Employment and Workplace Relations website for further information and
application instructions at http://www.endeavour.deewr.gov.au.
Applications close on 31 July 2009

Postgraduate Scholarship in Materials Science and Engineering

A full-time postgraduate scholarship is available for a suitably
qualified candidate with a good honours degree in science or engineering
to undertake research studies leading to a Masters of Philosophy in
materials science and engineering; applicants must be Australian
citizens, Australian permanent residents or New Zealand citizens;
$24,000pa; up to two years.
