Other Scholarships

 

Royal Aeronautical Society Centennial Scholarship Fund

The scheme supports undergraduates and postgraduates in the field of
aeronautics, astronautics, aerospace and aviation management; will award
a number of bursaries to cover some of the cost of undergraduate tuition
fees in the third/final year of the course, and postgraduate tuition
fees; also on offer are team awards which aim to encourage and increase
the numbers of young people in the fields of aviation and/or
engineering; applicants must be members of the Royal Aeronautical
Society.

Wildlife Preservation Society of Australia University Student Grants
2008

The Wildlife Preservation Society of Australia will provide ten grants
of $1,000 each to honours or postgraduate students conducting research
that will contribute to the conservation of Australian wildlife; funds
will be provided for purchase of equipment and consumables, travel
expenses related to field research, or attendance of conferences.

German Academic Exchange Service Research Grants for Doctoral
Candidates, Young Academics and Scientists

Research grants to provide young academics and scientists with an
opportunity to carry out a research project in a course of continuing
education at a German university or non-university research institute;
considered will be excellently qualified graduates holding a Master's
degree, a convincing and well-planned research or continuing education
and training project; for 2 to 6 months; valued between 715- 975 Euros.
