(in Chemistry related to Industry and Agriculture)

*         Richard Claude Mankin Scholarship (in water conservation)

*         G.C. Henderson Research Scholarship (in history of the
Polynesian, Melanesian and Micronesian communities)

*         John and Betty Casey Research Trust Scholarship (in the better
development of the Pastoral industry)

Research Scholarships

 

J.W. and I.C.M. Roderick Scholarship

Available for postgraduate research in the School of Civil Engineering
for a full-time PhD; applicants should have an Hons equivalent degree in
Engineering, Science or Applied Mathematics, and have an interest in
analytical or numerical modelling in solid mechanics; $19,231 pa; up to
3 years.

ABRS Bursaries for Student Travel Bursary

Applications are invited from postgraduate students for Travel Bursaries
to attend conferences relevant to studies in systematics or taxonomy;
travel can be to a national or international conference relevant to both
the student's research program in systematics or taxonomy and the aims
and objectives of the ABRS; maximum of $1,000 is available for an
international conference and $500 for travel within Australia.
