RESEARCH: Stuttering Treatment, Biomedical Sciences, Finance

Postgraduate Research Scholarship (Stuttering Treatment - Children) 

A scholarship is available for a suitably qualified candidate with an
honours degree or equivalent in speech-language pathology to be eligible
to enrol in a PhD; project involves a clinical trial of the Lidcombe
Program with school age children; clinical experience using the Lidcombe
Program with stuttering clients would be an advantage; $20,000 pa; up to
3 years; provides flexible funding for project expenses and conference
travel.

qualified candidate with an honours degree or equivalent in
speech-language pathology to be eligible to enrol in a PhD; project
involves training adults to control their stuttering while performing
other distracting tasks; research experience with adults who stutter
would be an advantage to applicants; $25,000 pa; up to 3 years,;
provides flexible funding for project expenses and conference travel.

School of Biomedical Sciences Research Scholarship (SBSRS)   

A scholarship is available for a suitably qualified postgraduate student
(local or international) who is enrolled full-time and involved in a
project leading to a PhD in the School of Biomedical Sciences; students
who are presently part-time or involved in a Master's research project
may apply, on the condition that they convert to a full-time PhD for the
duration of the scholarship if they are successful; $20,000 pa;
applicants must have satisfactorily completed at least one year full
time equivalent (FTE) of their Master's or PhD research project.

School of Biomedical Sciences Research Completion Scholarship (SBSRCS)

A scholarship is available for a suitably qualified postgraduate student
(local or international) 

enrolled full-time and involved in a project leading to a PhD in the
School of Biomedical Sciences; students must not have exceeded their
permitted time of candidature (8 semesters FTE for PhD); pro rata
$20,000 pa; up to 6 months; applicants must have satisfactorily
completed at least one year full time equivalent (FTE) of their PhD
research project and be in the final stages of their research.

Sydney Futures Exchange Scholarships in Finance

5 full-time PhD scholarships are available for suitably qualified
candidates with outstanding 1st class honours or Masters degrees in
finance, to undertake research studies leading to a PhD in Finance;
project involves conducting research on the Australian futures market;
applicants should have a particular interest in securities market
microstructure; research experience is desirable; $50,000 pa; up to 3
years.
