School of Business - PhD Scholarship in Finance

The Finance discipline within the School of Business is offering one
Research Scholarship to a currently enrolled Finance student in the
Faculty of Economics and Business PhD program in 2005;  $25,000 pa; 3
years;  the School may consider awarding top-up scholarships to APA/UPA
holders.

Australian Postgraduate Award (Industry) on Quantitative microPET
Imaging

This scholarship will provide support for a research project on a
full-time basis leading to a PhD; the research project is to develop
quantitative imaging methodologies for microPET, a new technology used
for imaging laboratory animals in biological research; applicants should
have a Hons 1 or 2A degree in physics or electrical engineering;
applicants must be Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents
or New Zealand citizens; $24,650 pa; 3 years.
