Australian Postgraduate Award (Industry) on New Drugs for Autoimmune Disease


This scholarship is available for a full-time PhD research project; the
project is to develop several models of common human autoimmune diseases to
test potential new drugs for useful therapeutic properties; applicants
should have an Hons 1 or 2A degree in a biological science; $23,886 pa; 3
years; applicants must be Australian citizens, Australian permanent
residents or NZ citizens.

Cancer Institute NSW Research Scholar Awards

Open to research students who are engaged in any discipline of research
relevant to cancer; anticipated that applicants will have secured, or will
be seeking, a scholarship from NHMRC or their University of enrolment or
other source; up to 8 awards available; provide additional funding for the
scholar's research project and for travel purposes; $25,000 pa ; up to 3
years.
