Exercise and Ageing; French Studies; Veterinary Science

Research Scholarship in Exercise and Ageing

Open to PhD or Master's level candidates to conduct a research study on
the health outcomes of progressive resistance training and other
training interventions in older adults, to begin semester 2, 2005;
$24,388 pa; up to 2 years for Masters,  3 years for PhD; applicants must
be citizens or permanent residents of Australia.

Postgraduate Scholarship in Baudin Research Project, Department of
French Studies 

Available for a full-time PhD research project in Baudin Research held
either at the University of Sydney or the University of Adelaide;
applicants should have excellent French comprehension skills and an Hons
1 in a related discipline; $20,000 pa; up to 3 years; applicants must be
citizens or permanent residents of Australia.

The Blackshaw Scholarship Residency Program in Ruminant Health and
Production

Open to postgraduate veterinary student undertaking Master of Veterinary
Clinical Studies and progress towards achieving an advanced clinical
qualification; the clinical training is in Ruminant Health and
Production at the University Veterinary Centre, Camden; $35,000 per
annum (tax exempt) + an annual grant of $5,000 p. a; up to 3 years;
applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of Australia.
