Surface Engineering of Biomaterials; Petroleum Engineering or Petroleum
Geoscience; Prostate Cancer

Australian Postgraduate Award (Industry) on Surface Engineering of
Biomaterials

Available to support a full-time research project starting in 04 leading to
a PhD; the research is to investigate the effects of surface roughness of
biomaterials on their cell-attachment characteristics; applicants should
have an Hons 1 or 2A degree in biomedical engineering or equivalent; $23,886
pa; up to 3 years; applicants must be Australian citizens, Australian
permanent residents or NZ citizens.

KA Richards Memorial Scholarship

Available for study in Australia in the fields of petroleum engineering or
petroleum geoscience; 1 year for Masters study; 3 years full-time or

Australian Rotary Health Research Foundation PhD Scholarship Investigating
Prostate Cancer

Available to full-time PhD students studying in NSW Universities, to
