The following Scholarships are available:
1.      RESEARCH: Allied Health, Home Economics

2.      OTHER: Canterbury University, New Zealand

Menzies Research Scholarship in the Allied Health Sciences
Open to candidates who will be full-time students in a research PhD program 
which is likely to be completed during the 2-year tenure of the 
scholarship; $24,000 pa beginning in 2003.

King and Amy O'Malley Home Economics Scholarships
Open to students with a Home Economics undergraduate qualification, and who 
are undertaking full-time postgraduate study in an aspect of Home 
Economics; partial scholarships may be awarded to candidates undertaking a 
minimum of half-time study; $7,500.

Reg Waite Award
Main criteria for the award are achievements to date, with particular 
application to the community, and the goals and aspirations in further 
applying the nominee's education and training towards bettering the future 
of Australia; grant of $7,500 to apply to education and training in chosen 
field, runners up to receive $3,500 and $2,000.

Sponsorship to World Renewable Energy Congress VII, Cologne
Open to young researchers working in the field of sustainable energy; will 
include return economy class airfare between any capital city in Australia
