Professor Agnes Heller

Her paper Truth in Politics will investigate the meaning of ‘truth’ in
the political sphere relative to other arenas of modern life and
thought.

Agnes Heller is one of the world’s leading philosophers. Situated in
the critical theory tradition, her highly original work traverses,
amongst other areas, ethics, philosophical anthropology, political
philosophy and theories of modernity. She is Professor Emerita in
Philosophy at the New School (New York) and member of the Hungarian
Academy of Sciences.
