Metabolomics/Lipidomics Research Fellow - Monash University (Victoria)
This position is within the Monash Proteomics & Metabolomics Facility (MPMF) and involves conducting complex metabolomic and lipidomic experiments for facility collaborators and clients. The role will include:

  *   Designing and executing experiments,
  *   Operating, maintaining and troubleshooting of LC-MS instrumentation
  *   Processing mass spectrometry data, data analysis and generation of reports,
  *   Writing and revising manuscripts and,
  *   Implementing and refining new protocols and novel methodologies.

This article was published in Journal of Proteome Research this month by Ryan et al., where authors describe an optimised comprehensive lipidomic protocol to support rigorous analysis for large-scale, multibatch applications in precision medicine.
