Welcome to Jacquie

Jacquie has recently joined the MSCF as the Senior Administration Officer. She started out her career working in shipping and mining in New Caledonia. From there she has worked in a number of companies in Sydney, prior to joining Sydney University in 2008. Skilled in navigating the university's bureaucracy, Jacquie provides invaluable administrative support to the MSCF and will guide you through the onboarding process and handle any billing inquiries.

Friday 23rd June:Latest metabolomics applications

A two-part event starting with one-hour seminar covering a 5 minute catch up on the new releases from Thermo at ASMS by Andreas Huhmer, followed by two 20 minute talks on Compound Discoverer 2.1 and new targeted metabolomics kit they are launching.

After a refreshment break, there will be three parallel sessions for people who want more information on Compound Discoverer, LipidSearch and Oribtrap based metabolomics.

Progenesis QI:New release and training

The latest release of Progenesis QI come with big improvements in usability, for example being able to fine tune your adduct selection while running your analysis.

Dr Paul Goulding from the Waters (UK) will be conducting a training session for Progenesis QI software on the 4th July 2017 at the Hub.
