[Limdep Nlogit List] Hybrid choice model

Hi all,

I am currently trying to estimate a hybrid choice model using Nlogit 6,
Aside from the brief overview in Hensher, Rose and Greene (2015), there
does not seem to be any other documentation on using this modelling
technique in Nlogit (HCMs are not mentioned in the manual, for example).

I've tried to run the model using the suggested code in  Hensher, Rose and
Greene (2015, p. 936). The model runs, however the addition of the
;Attitudes and ;Indicators commands do nothing.

Does anyone have any additional experience of information on using Nlogit
for such models? Examples of code and interpretation of coefficients would
be ideal.
