[Limdep Nlogit List] TFP limdep versus DEAP

Hello,

Has anyone encountered any problems ruining Malmquist  indexes with  
Limdep?  I am using both and the results are very different. At first I  
thought I have a problem with the data base, then I though it was a sample  
problem. But neither was no problem, nor with the sample?

Any help?
