[Limdep Nlogit List] panel data and missing data imputation

Hallo,
I'm trying to estimate a logistic model by using a panel of firms. The dependant variable has been partially imputated because of missing information.
How can I test the effects on parameters' estimation of the imputation process?
Is there any procedure which is able, for example, to test for the effect on parameters' variance due to the inclusion of the imputated observations?
