[Limdep Nlogit List] correlated blocks of parameters in mixed logit

[Carter Hill]

In mixed logit (random parameter logit) is there a command option that
allows one group of random coefficients to be uncorrelated with another
group of random coefficients? 

I am stranded (away from my manuals), but I do not recall this feature.
