[Limdep Nlogit List] Selection or IV model with multinomial and tobit

Dear all, I wonder if any of the following models exists: (1) a 
simultaneous IV model in which one of the equations is a multinomial logit, 
the other a censored dependent variable, (2) a selection model in which the 
selectivity is modelled as a multinomial logit, and the second step has got 
a censored dependent variable? Does any program such as LIMDEP (or STATA)
