[GPlates-discuss] reconstructing lat-lon points

Hello all,

I am working through the tutorials on Gplates, and what I need to do is
reconstruct the paleolocations of 180 points on the seafloor. Is there a
way to load in an ASCII file of x-y points and assign them plateIDs? There
may be a section of the tutorial on how to do this, but I have not been
able to find it.
