[Geodynamics] Arctic Chapman Conference 13-18 October

Dear Colleagues,

The AGU Chapman conference on "Large-scale Volcanism in the Arctic: The Role of the Mantle and Tectonics" will be held in Selfoss, Iceland from 13-18 October 2019.

The conference will focus on the diversity of Arctic magmatism and tectonics from the Paleozoic to present-day. We invite participation from the communities of volcanology, tectonics, geochemistry, structural geology, geochronology, seismology, geophysics, geodynamics, and sedimentology. Arctic specialists, early career scientists, as well as those with expertise in magmatism from other regions of the world are also encouraged to attend.
