[ASA] Registration deadlines: Annual Scientific Meeting and Harley Wood School

Dear ASA members,

Please note that the registration for this year’s ASA Annual Scientific Meeting ends on the 13th of May (next Wednesday). This deadline holds for both in-person and online registrations so please make sure you register even if you just want to attend a subset of town halls and talks. We also still have several free spots in the Harley Wood School of Astronomy, to be held in the beautiful coastal town of Kioloa. The School will feature 2 days of lectures and hands-on sessions, with the remaining time dedicated to networking activities. The registration fee includes 3 nights of accommodation, transport to and from the venue, and all meals. (Rumour has it that the food is excellent.) This is a fantastic opportunity for HDR students to meet their peers and learn about high-performance computing, big data, and machine learning.
