[ASA] Reminder: Register for Stars & Exoplanets in Newcastle (extended deadline 12 Sep)

Dear colleagues,

This is a reminder that registration is open for Stars in Newcastle and the 11th Australian Exoplanet Workshop (AEW11), taking place between 17–21 November 2025 at Fort Scratchley<https://url.au.m.mimecastprotect.com/s/-re-CyojxQTLDm0A1SZfQsxI_h6?domain=fortscratchley.org.au> in Newcastle. The registration and abstract submission deadlines have been extended to Friday 12 September.

Registration is free and can be completed via the conference website<https://url.au.m.mimecastprotect.com/s/VvEVCzvkyVC4DNxO1HXh3s9OTYi?domain=exoplanets.au>. Participants are also encouraged to submit abstracts for short talks on recent research or research facilities.

As in previous years, you are welcome to register for one or both meetings. A shared day of programming on Wednesday 19 November will focus on star–planet interactions and crossover science, followed by a joint conference dinner. Please note that registration will be capped at 120 participants, so early registration is encouraged.
