[ASA] ICRAR Summer Studentships 2024

Dear colleagues,

We are searching for talented undergraduate and Honours students to join us at the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR) in Western Australia over the summer to work in astronomy (including theory, simulations or observational), radio astronomy engineering, data intensive astronomy, or translation and impact. Each studentship comes with a $7,600 scholarship and interstate/NZ students also receive airfares and a 50% accommodation subsidy.

Please encourage your undergraduate, Honours, and first year masters students to apply, and share this email far and wide.

Applications close on Friday August 23rd at 17:00 AWST.

Studentships are expected to commence on November 18th 2024, and will consist of ten weeks work and a two-week (paid) end-of-year break, finishing up on February 7th 2025. Dates and timing can be flexible for successful students.
