Dear all,
There will be one further zoom decadal plan townhall meeting for WG1.1 (galaxies and cosmology). This will be focussed on cosmology, and in particular observational/experimental cosmology (although all who are involved in any aspect of cosmology are certainly welcome). Details are below:

· Cosmology: Thursday 23rd May 3-4pm AEST (Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra/Brisbane) 2:30pm-3:30pm ACST (Adelaide), 1-2pm AWST (Perth). Leaders: Christian Reichardt, Krzysztof Bolejko. Zoom: https://uni-sydney.zoom.us/j/82689145172?from=addon

The aim of the townhall meetings is to get wide community input as we look to i) report progress since the last decadal plan ii) identify the big question where progress can be made in the coming decade; iii) identify capabilities needed; iv) identify opportunities and threats.

There is an ASA hosted slack channel: decadal-wg1-1-townhall (link: https://url.au.m.mimecastprotect.com/s/YR8oC5QPXJigpgowohzHCX7?domain=asa-comms.slack.com) that we will use as part of the discussion for these meetings.

Look forward to seeing you at these meetings.

Regards
Scott (for WG 1.1)
