The ANU Research School of Astronomy & Astrophysics is seeking passionate students to take part in our Summer Research Scholarships program.

This program is designed to give students the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in research, while also learning from some of the nation's leading astronomers and astrophysicists. Applications are open to students in the third or final year of an undergraduate degree, studying in areas such as physics, engineering, astronomy, mathematics, computer science, earth science, robotics and mechanical engineering.

Students will work on a real-world research project, under the supervision of an experienced astronomer, astrophysicist, or instrumentation scientist, and will have access to state-of-the-art facilities. In addition to the research experience, students will have the opportunity to network with PhD candidates, academics and professionals in the field.
