[ASA] New AAT Archive – joint Data Central/NCI project

We are pleased to announce that the AAT Archive is now hosted at NCI with new look and feel!

It is available here https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/4LvYCMwGxOt5pZxkwIw2wtb?domain=archives.datacentral.org.au and includes AAT data from 1 January 1990 onwards. You can query on a range of parameters including position, date and instrument, with data downloadable in FITS format.

Proprietary data (within the last 18 months) is available via a Data Central login (linking with the Lens proposal system).

We are busily working on an integration with the 2dFdr reduction code for relevant AAT data, which is available for testing at https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/EweNCNLJyQUNYBVPOu4aTih?domain=beta.datacentral.org.au (Data Central login is required). This will be moved to production at NCI in the New Year.

This work was supported through NCRIS funds managed by Astronomy Australia Ltd as part of the joint Optical Data Centre project between AAO Data Central and NCI.
