[ASA] Annual Scientific Meeting - final announcement

Dear Colleagues
This is the final announcement about the 2022 Annual Scientific Meeting of the ASA.
This year the meeting is in a hybrid mode, this means you can register even on a day and participate online. If you have not registered yet, don’t wait any longer and register today (https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/xyytC4QOPEiJE8OqmFOXomU?domain=asa2022.org).
The Meeting will feature:
* scientific talks (abstracts can be found here: https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/nhy6C5QPXJi03l72xcOduml?domain=asa2022.org ) which will be delivered in person/zoom and streamed via Zoom and Gather
* posters (abstracts can be found here: https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/YocYC6XQ4Lfo7Wvq1cmpNN7?domain=asa2022.org ) which will be presented using the online platform Gather
* Special Sessions on: Space and Astronomy, Galactic Archaeology, Transients, and Astroparticle Physics
* ASA Chapter Lunches, and Townhalls: AAT and ATNF
* The ASA Prize Talks (https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/_T0eC71R2NTm2RKwQINo5hj?domain=asa.astronomy.org.au)
The meeting will also feature 2 sessions for which you do not need to register
* The Harley Wood Lecture, which will be delivered by Prof. Geraint Lewis (the 2021 ASA David Allen Prize for exceptional achievement in astronomy communication; the Prize will be presented before the lecture). * The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 29 June (https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/5OK2C91WPRTmAOXDMI1Linb?domain=asa2022.org). The AGM will be run in the Hubs and will be livestreamed via Zoom (https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/8cOFC0YKPvi2Qy5pMfLbSva?domain=utas.zoom.us).
