[ASA] Documents from the Academy of Science

Dear colleagues
  please find attached two recent documents for the Australian Academy of
Science.

  The National Committees of the Academy have collectively released a
statement regarding the impact on Australia’s scientific and research
capabilities of university restructures that have taken place over the last
two years. This document highlights the broad extent and impact of these
changes. The statement supports the Academy’s position statement ahead of
the election

and has been released in conjunction with relevant materials and Academy

  The ASA has supported the latter statement, along with many
other Professional Societies.
