If you feel overwhelmed by the amount of data out there, and struggle to find everything you need, then the Data Aggregation Service is for you!

The DAS was designed to help you find the data you need without having to learn new frameworks and access APIs. Simply search for your favourite object and let the DAS do the work.

With the DAS, you can:

  * view multiwavelength imaging of your objects from ESO, HST, Gemini, SkyMapper etc
  * overlay catalogues from just about everywhere
  * download catalogues or export them straight to TOPCAT
  * download images with catalogue overlays for use in presentations, papers etc

Access the DAS: https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/y_ixCp81lrtzA52QpfPHjyi?domain=das.datacentral.org.au<https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/y_ixCp81lrtzA52QpfPHjyi?domain=das.datacentral.org.au/> or learn more about its motivation and functionality: https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/ImWBCq71mwfOX9QLJsXgXZv?domain=docs.datacentral.org.au

Note that you’ll need a Data Central account to access this system, and you can register here: https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/fpKXCr81nytA2xqw4I4Wvlz?domain=accounts.datacentral.org.au if you don’t have one.

This work was carried out by the Optical Data Centre (ODC). The ODC is a collaboration between Data Central at AAO-Macquarie University, Australian National University and NCI. It is funded under the Astronomy National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS) Program via Astronomy Australia Ltd (AAL).
