[ASA] Soliciting input on a potential 'Dark Sky Network'

Dear ASA Colleagues,

The Australasian Dark Sky Alliance<https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/xWlKCK1DvKT2nLjRGcMqgM9?domain=australasiandarkskyalliance.org> (ADSA, a not-for-profit organisation advocating for the protection of nighttime environments in our region from artificial light pollution), is soliciting community input as part of a government-sponsored study investigating the most appropriate mechanisms to "Conserve, create and protect dark skies in Australia”. As part of this study, ADSA are assessing and identifying dark sky sites within Australia, and recommending mechanisms that would lead to enhanced environmental outcomes and reduced light pollution, including the possibility of forming a national 'Dark Sky Network’.
