 our Astrophysics Group at UNSW in Canberra is accepting applications for PhD and Masters students.

 Prospective graduate students with an interest in binary star evolution, accreting white dwarfs, supernova remnants, explosive nucleosynthesis and/or progenitors of supernovae and stellar transients are encouraged to read the job advert that is posted on the AAS job register:

The Astrophysics group in the School of Science at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Canberra campus is seeking applicants for the PhD program in areas related to binary star evolution, nucleosynthesis and thermonuclear supernovae/transients.

 Successful applicants will receive a highly competitive stipend as well tuition waiver and travel funds. The deadline for applications will be January 2020 (see above url for more information regarding Key Dates).
