Delta Call for AAT Proposals – Deadline: 5pm, Friday, September 6th

The Australian Time Allocation Committee (ATAC) is issuing a delta call soliciting proposals to use the Anglo-Australian Telescope during the next three months.

Proposals must be submitted using the Lens proposal preparation system, which has been opened for this delta call. Details on how to prepare proposals are available from

In addition to the details noted on this page, the following restrictions apply


  *   Targets must be visible during the coming three months
  *   In order to distinguish these proposals from the current 2020A call, please start the title of the proposal with the phrase “Delta Call:”
  *   Proposals using visitor instruments are accepted
  *   Proposals using VELOCE and KOALA are accepted
  *   Proposals using 2dF will not be accepted
  *   Deadline: 5pm AEST, Friday, September 6th

Submission of proposals and the list of instruments for the forthcoming 2020A semester are unaffected.
