[ASA] EPOC Member Survey - Reminder

Just a friendly reminder, as part of the ASA Strategic Plan Education and Public Outreach Goals, we are aiming to create a snapshot of the EPO activities of our members. And as such we have developed a survey allowing us to capture the required information.
