The CAASTRO Galaxy Convention is a 2-day event focused on female innovation and entrepreneurship and will be held from 4-5 December 2017 in the Messel Lecture Theatre in the SNH Building, University of Sydney.  Delegates will include postgraduate and undergraduate students, research staff, and school students in Years 10-12 and high school teachers.

The program will include:

·                         Presentations by leaders in STEM and entrepreneurship including Deb Noller (Switch Automation), Ilana Feain (Nano-X), Solange Cunin (Cuberider), Maureen Frank (Emberin), Tara Murphy (Grok Learning) and Daniel Shaddock (Liquid Instruments).

·                         Business skills workshops

·                         Team challenge and showcase

The CAASTRO Galaxy Convention is presented with support from the Australian Government through a Women in STEM and Entrepreneurship grant.
