[ASA] FunnelWeb Survey: Collaboration Agreement, Call for Formal Membership and Call for Supplementary and Prority Targets

Dear Colleagues,

on behalf of the FunnelWeb Survey Executive, I am pleased to
be able to distribute the Collaboration Agreement under which
this survey will take place.

Under this Collaboration Agreement, and to formalise the membership
of the Survey, the Executive asks *all interested astronomers* (including
current survey members) to submit a Pro Forma membership application
(as per the attached) as soon as possible.

The Executive is also pleased to be able to issue a call for
Expressions of Interest from survey Core Members to propose
Prioritisation Targets and Supplementary Surveys in addition
to the planned Main Survey of all southern stars
brighter than Gaia G=12.5 at S/N~100 using the TAIPAN spectrograph.

So, if you have a particular class of stars brighter than G=12.5
that you would like to propose for early observation, or a sample
of key objects fainter than G=12.5, then you should

(1) Review the Collaboration Agreement,
(2) Submit a Pro Forma application to join as a Core Survey member
    as soon as possible (includig descrbng how you will commit
    the 0.1FTE required to obtain Core Survey Membership), then
(3) Submit by July 31 a one page EoI for each Supplementary Survey
    or sample of Priority Targets you wish to propose.

Teams are strongly encouraged to join together to submit joint EoIs
where appropriate, since the Executive will only approve one
program for each science sample.
