[ASA] Scientia PhD Scholarships in Exoplanet Discovery ($40k per year for 4 years plus tuition and $10k per year career support)

Dear Colleague

UNSW is also offering its lucrative
Scientia PhD Scholarships<http://www.2025.unsw.edu.au/apply/?interest=scholarships> again in 2018.

These feature a $40K a year stipend for four years, plus coverage
of all tuition fees, as well as a further $10k each year to build
your career and support  your international research collaborations,
plus coaching and mentoring as part of a highly personalised leadership
development plan.

Up to two Scientia Scholarships are available for PhD
students to do research in Exoplanet Discovery with the
the Exoplanetary Science at UNSW<http://newt.phys.unsw.edu.au/~cgt/cgt/Homepage.html> team using the
Veloce Rosso<http://newt.phys.unsw.edu.au/~cgt/Veloce/Veloce.html> precision velocity spectrograph being
commissioned on the 3.9m AAT next year.

I would like to encourage interested undergraduates to
apply, and hope you will distribute this opportunity to

Relevant deadlines are

(1) Submit an Expression of Interest by July 21, 2017 on the Scientia

(2) Up to two candidates will then be selected by August 4 and asked to
submit a full application by September 1.
