Australian Centre for Field Robotics RTCMA scholarship in Hyperspectral Data Processing
A scholarship is available for a current or prospective PhD student interested in working on the processing of hyperspectral data for the identification of minerals, or other quantities of interest in mining applications. Applicants must be Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or New Zealand citizens. Funding is valued at the APA rate ($26,288pa in 2016), up to 3 years.

Postgraduate Scholarship in Integrating Hospital and Community Eye Care for Chronic Eye Disease in Western Sydney

A scholarship is available for a suitably qualified applicant with an Honours 1 or high 2A (or equivalent) undergraduate degree in related discipline and/or professional experience in health policy and research. The project will involve mapping the stakeholder consultation with patients, service providers, hospitals and policy networks to inform the implementation of a new clinical pathway. Postgraduate Scholarship in Preventing Falls in a High Risk, Vision Impaired Population through Specialist Orientation and Mobility Services - the PLaTFORM study

A scholarship is available for a suitably qualified applicant with an Honours 1 or high 2A (or equivalent) undergraduate degree in related discipline and/or professional experience in falls prevention and providing services to older people with vision impairments. Postgraduate Scholarships in Investigating the Long-Term Predictors of Neuropsychiatric Symptoms in Older Adults

Postgraduate Scholarship in Melanotransferrin Research
A scholarship is available for a suitably qualified candidate with an undergraduate degree in Biology to undertake studies leading to a PhD. The project is to investigate the role of Melanotransferrin in melanoma progression. Applications are open to domestic and international students. Funding is valued at $10,000pa, for one year. Please note that this scholarship does not cover any tuition fees payable by international students.

Sydney Neuro-Oncology Group Postgraduate Scholarship

A scholarship is available for a suitably qualified candidate with a good honours degree in biomedical science to undertake research studies leading to a PhD in medicine or neuro-oncology.  The project is to investigate the transcriptional, proteomic and methylation changes between primary low grade gliomas and recurrent tumours. Applicants must be Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or New Zealand citizens. Funding is valued at $30,000 pa, for one year.
