[SydPhil] Book Announcement

[Thomas Jurkiewicz]

Dear SydPhil subscribers,

A few years ago I brought a reading group together using this wonderful mailing list. What started as an attempt to bring together some like-minded colleagues ended in a year-long read-through of Hans-Georg Gadamer's Truth and Method.

Today, I'm happy to announce one of the results of that long, fruitful conversation.

If you are at all interested in philosophical hermeneutics, philosophy of fiction, or modern literature, The Experience of Fiction<https://www.bloomsbury.com/au/experience-of-fiction-9798216367338/> might be just for you.

If you happen to be in Sydney next week, I warmly invite you to the book launch on 2 October at the University of Sydney (see the flyer attached - discount code there too).

Best,
Thomas Jurkiewicz
