[SydPhil] AAP Postgraduate Presentation Prize - winner

The AAP's Postgraduate Presentation Prize is awarded for the best paper
presented by a postgraduate student at the AAP's annual conference.

At this year's conference, hosted by University of Western Australia, the
Prize was awarded to *Jeremy Strasser*, Australian National University, for
the paper 'A view of induction from the standpoint of time-stationary
stochastic processes'.

*Stephen Enciso*, Charles Darwin University, was awarded a commendation for
the paper 'Can sovereignties 'co-exist'? The interpretive challenge in the
Uluru Statement'
