hype: Balancing Innovation and Social Responsibility", given by Professor
Virginia Dignum.



Virginia is Professor of Responsible Artificial Intelligence at Umeå
University, Sweden where she leads the AI Policy Lab. She is also a member
of the UN High Level Advisory Body on Artificial Intelligence, along with
other leading roles in AI policy.



This public lecture is co-hosted by the Macquarie University Ethics and
Agency Research Centre and the Distinguished DSAI Seminar Series (a joint
initiative of Macquarie's School of Computing and DataX Research Centre)
