[SydPhil] AAP Centenary Closing Symposium - The Future of Australasian Philosophy

As the AAP Centenary year draws to a close, you are invited to attend the
Association's Centenary Closing Symposium - Australasian Philosophy:
Bridging the Past and Present with the Future.
The Symposium will take place Thursday 30 November - Friday 1 December 2023
at the University of Sydney, Nanoscience Hub. If you are not in Sydney, the
event is offered in a hybrid format, with remote attendance by zoom.
The symposium features panel sessions that showcase distinctive themes
concerning the future of Australasian philosophy. Themes include:
Indigenous Philosophy, Philosophical Progress, Methodologies, Environmental
Issues, Philosophy for Children and Ethics of AI.
Speakers include: Nicolas Bullot, Oscar Davis, Taylor-Jai McAllister,
Krushil Watene, Elena Walsh, Paul Griffiths, Kristie Miller, Glenda Satne,
Marguerite La Caze, Marilyn Stendera, Daniel Brennan, David Macarthur,
Adrian Walsh, Jeremy Moss, Garrett Cullity, Luara Ferracioli, Kaz Bland,
Britta Jensen, Peter Ellerton, Sandra Lynch, Tracy Bowell, Inês Hipólito,
Mark Alfano, Simon Knight.

The event takes place alongside and as part of the 2023 Congress of HASS.
