Dear colleagues,

I hope you're well.

I'm writing to let you know that Steve Bland, an epistemologist in Canada,
is going to be visiting Macquarie in May to preview and receive feedback on
his forthcoming epistemology book. I will be hosting a set of pre-read
workshops on the book on May 9, 11, and 13. The topics to be discussed are
epistemic interactionism (between person and situation), reliabilism,
responsibilism, social epistemology, and concerns raised by the replication
crisis. We will meet in the afternoons (room TBA).

If you or anyone in your circles would like to attend, please let me know.
I hope this will turn out to be a nice opportunity to hear about
cutting-edge research and to meet someone who isn't normally in Australia.

Best wishes,

Mark
